A common problem with relying on customer reviews is that they are often biased. In addition, the reviews are on sites that sell the products, which can often skew them.

One thing that’s worrying is that there are no negative reviews. This can often be an indication that the reviews are fake.

Mypharmacy.co.uk gives Ibuprofen a 4.97 rating. Out of how many this is scored, the site doesn’t say. However, it does state that the rating is based on only 211 reviews.
Take a closer look at the reviews and you’ll also see that there is very little information given. Here are some examples of what customers have written:

Askapatient.com takes a slightly different approach when it comes to product reviews. It gives people leaving feedback the opportunity to provide more details, such as the reason they were taking the medication and whether they felt any side effects. This information can be very helpful when you’re deciding which products to take for a particular issue.
