How to switch your Mounjaro provider
Looking to change your Mounjaro provider? Here's an easy, step-by-step guide on switching to switching your pharmacy or clinic.
Switching to medino
Switching your Mounjaro prescription to medino is straightforward. Even though you're already receiving treatment, we need to independently verify your eligibility.
This means you’ll need to:
- Answer some health questions before you buy
- Provide evidence of your weight and height
- Provide some form of ID
- Have a consultation phone call with our pharmacist
When switching from another provider, we also need proof that you're already using Mounjaro. This can be either a photo of your medication or an email or message, showing:
- Your full name
- The prescribing clinic's name
- The medication name (Mounjaro)
- The prescription date
We appreciate the above might be a hassle, especially needing to provide proof. Unfortunately, we’re required by the regulator to independently verify that our patients are eligible.
