- Submit Your Prescription: If you received an electronic private prescription from your doctor via email or text, simply send us the prescription ID. Our team of qualified pharmacists will review your prescription and dispense your medication promptly.

Don’t Have a Prescription?
If you don’t yet have a prescription but think you need medication, we offer treatments for selected conditions. Visit our Online Clinic for more information on services for weight loss, erectile dysfunction, hair loss and other common issues.
For all other conditions, we’ve partnered with DrOnline, a trusted online doctor service, to provide you with convenient access to qualified healthcare professionals. If you’re unable to obtain a prescription through your GP, or if your condition requires further assessment, we recommend using DrOnline. Their experienced doctors can assess your condition remotely and, if appropriate, provide you with a prescription that can be dispensed through Medino or another pharmacy of your choice.
