We are pleased to offer a convenient Veterinary Prescription Service to help you obtain prescription medications for your pets.
How it works
Ask your vet to send us the prescription
You can request your veterinary clinic to email the prescription directly to us at pharmacy@medino.com. This step eliminates the need for you to mail the original document and speeds up the process.
If you have a paper prescription
- Upload Your Veterinary Prescription: Email a scanned copy of your pet’s prescription to pharmacy@medino.com to start the process.
- Wait for Confirmation: We’ll review the prescription to confirm we can dispense the medication and provide you with a quote.
- Mail the Original Prescription: Once confirmed, send us the original paper prescription as required by law. Posting it promptly helps avoid delays.
- Confirm by Payment: If you’re satisfied with the quote, follow the secure payment link to complete your purchase.
- Dispensing and Delivery: After receiving payment and the original prescription, we’ll dispense your pet’s medication and arrange delivery.
Important guidelines
- The prescription must be issued by a licensed veterinary professional.
- We can only dispense medications once we receive either an electronic copy of your prescription directly from your vet, or the original prescription.
- For controlled drugs, we are legally required to collect the original paper prescription before dispensing the medication.
