Ingredients

Extracts of Urtica, Silicea, Calcium carbonate (from molluscs), Calcium phosphate and Sodium phosphate. Also contains lactose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and pregelatinised potato starch to 100mg.

Usage and Instructions

For adults, chew or suck 3 tablets twice daily, allowing them to dissolve in your mouth. For children between the ages of 2 - 12, suck or chew 1 tablet twice daily.

Warnings

Not suitable for children under 2 years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
