Designed to treat calcium and vitamin D deficiencies, calcium also helps your body to absorb more vitamin D – so it's a great combination for your health. These tablets are safe for use when breastfeeding, which is when some women may have lower calcium levels. These chewable tablets should be taken once a day and come in a pack of 30.

1,000mg calcium (as calcium carbonate) and 22 micrograms cholecalciferol (vitamin D3 equivalent to 880IU as concentrate powder form).

Take one chewable tablet per day to boost your vitamin D and calcium levels.

During long-term treatment, serum calcium levels should be followed and renal function should be monitored.

Calcium/cholecalciferol should be used with caution in patients with increased risk of hypercalcaemia or signs of impairment of renal function.

During pregnancy the daily intake should not exceed 1,500mg of calcium and 600 I.U. of vitamin D3. Therefore, the daily dose must not exceed half a tablet.
