Have not used this enough yet to achieve scalp relief, but, it is not the most pleasant of shampoos. I find it difficult to lather up and the smell is a little unpleasant. Rinses out easily and hair does feel squeaky clean though. So, I hope that it will do what it says on the bottle soon.
