Before first using them, clean the pads to enhance softness and absorbency.

Rinse the pad with warm water and some soap after each use. This removes oil and residue. The pads can be used a few times before popping them into the washing machine for a thorough cleanse.

To machine wash place the pads in the accompanying laundry bag and wash at 40 - 60°C. Do not use fabric softener. To dry, simply allow the pads to air-dry.

More care tips are to soak the pads in a vinegar and lemon juice solution for at least 1 hour when heavily stained. Clean them in the washing machine thereafter. The vinegar softens the pads in a natural way.

The pads can also be used to remove nail polish.
