Ingredients
Guaifenesin, glycerol, sorbitol liquid (E420), carmellose sodium, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate (E211), citric acid monohydrate, strawberry flavour and water
Usage and Instructions
Children 6 to 12 years:
Two 5ml spoonfuls 4 times a day.
Maximum daily dose: 40ml syrup (400mg guaifenesin)
Do not use more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Warnings
This product is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
Not to be used for more than 5 days. If your child's symptoms persist or worsen beyond this length of time, speak to your doctor.
Speak to your doctor before trying this product if your child:
- Suffers from chronic cough
- Has asthma
- Is suffering from an acute asthma attack
Do not use this product alongside any other cold and flu products.
If your child's cough lasts for more than 5 days, comes back, or is accompanied by a fever, rash, or persistent headache, discontinue use and speak to your doctor.
This product contains Sorbitol.
Side Effects
Side effects associated with this product are rare, but it is essential that you seek emergency medical attention if you experience any of the following symptoms:
