Water, diluent (xylitol), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), folic acid [as (6S)-5-methyltetrafolic acid, glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®)], flavouring (natural blueberry).
Usage and Instructions
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Dosage Adults regular use: 2 sprays daily, taken together or separately. 2 sprays contain 200μg of methylfolate.
Women trying for a baby or pregnant* : 4 sprays daily, taken together or separately. 4 sprays contain 400μg of methylfolate.
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
*Women who are pregnant, trying for a baby or could get pregnant are recommended to take a 400μg folic acid supplement daily until at least the 12th week of pregnancy.
Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dosage – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
