I tried this in desperation to stop the menopause night sweats. After a few days they had reduced and then a few weeks later stopped altogether. I was never sure if this was just coincidence but I continued taking them for many months as routine. Then I ran out of tablets and bought a supermarket brand of menopause (much cheaper!). However within a month I was back to having full blown nights sweats and anxiety again. I have therefore re-purchased and after 3 days back on them the sweats aren’t quite as severe. My advice is don’t think that a pack of 30 is a months supply. The advice is to take 2 tablets a day. I take mine am and pm.. I wish Clearmarine would package them as a minimum of 60 to save postage and packaging and this would possibly make them a little cheaper?!
