1. Wet the bristles of your Colgate Extra Clean Toothbrush with water.
2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the bristles.
3. Brush your teeth using circular motions, making sure to clean all surfaces of your teeth, including the front, back, and chewing surfaces.
4. Use the cleaning tip to reach and clean your back teeth and the spaces between your teeth.
5. Gently brush your tongue, cheeks, and gums with the soft rubber tongue cleaner to remove odor-causing bacteria.
6. Rinse your toothbrush head thoroughly, shake off excess water, and store upright.
7. Replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months, as recommended by dentists.
