Prior to applying to elbows, hands, knees and feet it is recommend the use of Fake Bake Oil Free Moisturiser Shake before use ensuring you no longer hear the liquid Apply small amounts of mousse in a circular motion on the body Dries quickly, therefore apply to one area at a time Lightly glaze over elbows and knees when applying Rinse off guide colour with warm water.
