- Chloramphenicol (10 mg per gram of ointment).
Other Ingredients:
- Liquid paraffin
- White petroleum
Usage and Instructions

Application Instructions:
- Wash and dry your hands.
- Ensure the tube seal is intact before use.
- Remove the cap and avoid touching the nozzle.
- Use a mirror to help apply the ointment.
- Pull down the lower eyelid and look up.
- Squeeze approximately 1 cm of ointment into the space between the lower eyelid and the eye.
- Close your eye briefly.
- Repeat for the other eye if needed.
- Replace the cap securely after use.
Dosage:
- Apply a small amount (about 1 cm) to the affected eye(s) as directed.
- If using drops during the day, apply the ointment at night before bed.
- Do not use for more than 5 days without consulting your doctor.
Missed Dose:
- If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember unless it's close to the next dose. Do not double the dose.

Do Not Use If You:
- Are allergic to chloramphenicol or any other ingredients in this ointment.
- Have a history of blood problems, such as low blood cell counts.
- Have vision problems, eye pain, or unusual eye appearance.
- Have suffered an eye injury or have a foreign body in the eye.
- Have glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, or wear contact lenses (unless advised by a doctor).
