How to use:

Ashwagandha Tincture can be added to water or fruit juice.

Daily serving: Ashwaganda Tincture is traditionally taken in 2-3ml at 2-3 times per day or as directed by a herbal or Ayurvedic practitioner. It's worth remembering that 20 drops from the glass dropper equal approximately 1ml.

You can take this supplement directly, however, some people find the bitter tincture taste to be too strong, so it may be a good idea to dilute the drops in water or fruit juice. For children, the elderly, or those avoiding alcohol, the alcohol can be evaporated from the tincture. This can be done by putting the drops in boiling water and leaving them for 10 minutes to evaporate.
