The suggested serving is 1-2 tsp Chamomile flowers per 1 cup of boiling water up to 3 times a day, and 1 teaspoon equals 0.65 grams (1 tsp = 0.65g).
Bath: You can also use 1/2 cup of flowers to 2 litres of hot water to add to your bathtub.
