Kwells Kids Travel Sickness Tablets offer swift and reliable alleviation from travel sickness for children. These melt-in-the-mouth tablets come in a pack of 12 and are specifically designed for children aged between 4 and 10 years.

The active ingredient in Kwells Kids Tablets, hyoscine hydrobromide, temporarily lessens the impact of motion on the inner ear's balance organs and the nerves responsible for nausea. As these tablets dissolve rapidly in the mouth, absorption into the bloodstream occurs quickly, enabling them to be taken up to 20-30 minutes prior to travelling or at the onset of sickness.

Hyoscine Hydrobromide 150 micrograms

Kwells Kids tablets can be taken up to 20-30 minutes before travelling to prevent sickness, or at the onset of nausea during your journey.

Children over 10 years: Give 1-2 tablets every 6 hours, as required. Do not give more than 3 times in 24 hours.

Children 4-10 years: Give 1/2-1 tablet every 6 hours, as required. Do not give more than 3 times in 24 hours.

Do not exceed the stated dosage.

This product is not suitable for children under 4 years.

Do not take if you are suffering from glaucoma, paralytic ileus, pyloric stenosis, myasthenia gravis or enlarged prostate gland.

This medicine may cause drowsiness.

There are some side effects associated with this product, however everyone is different, and some people may not experience them.
