At what age can you start using Lactacyd?

Lactacyd can be used as of the first menstrual period. Generally, menstruation begins at around the age of 12, although it can begin earlier or later. Under the influence of hormones, secretions and odors can begin to occur. Lactacyd products for daily intimate care can help to maintain the natural balance of your intimate zone, helping you to feel fresh and confident.

Can Lactacyd be used daily?

Lactacyd products have an adapted pH that respects the natural acidity of the vagina. Moreover, they are very mild and soap-free, and are suitable for daily use.

Usage and Instructions

How to use: Use Lactacyd during your bathing or showering routine, as you would use a body wash. Dilute the product with a little water and apply to the external part of your vagina with your hand, flannel or sponge. You can use this product to clean the entire external area of your vagina.

Take care not to rub too vigorously or use flannels/sponges that are unclean or have harsh textures to prevent infection and irritation. Rinse the area thoroughly after applying the product.

If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor or our pharmacist before taking this product. If you suffer from any allergies, ask your doctor or our pharmacist if this medicine is right for you.

Warnings

Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (see ingredients tab for full list).

This product is not suitable for use inside the vagina or as an internal vaginal douche. If this product causes irritation or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. If irritation persists, seek medical advice. If you still notice any unusual symptoms from your intimate areas, such as discharge, discomfort or an unpleasant odour after using this product, seek advice from your doctor.
