Usage and Instructions
How to use: 3 tablets daily.
Storage Instructions: To be stored in a cool dry place and protected from light.

Given the above 3 stars as I have only been taking it for 4 days of the recommended 40 days, so who knows ?. Tablets are rather large and slightly difficult to swallow- halve the tablet size and take TWO , three times per day ???
