Description
Commonly used as a flavouring in curries as well as a food supplement, Fenugreek is an aromatic Mediterranean plant. The seeds produced by the plant are used whole or powdered as a spice whilst the leaves can be eaten as a vegetable.

1 capsule provides 500mg 4:1 Fenugreek Extract, equivalent to 2000mg whole herb, standardised to provide 250mg saponins (50%).
