1. Face: Apply Miracle Tan immediately after you've cleansed and patted your face dry. Resist pulling, and use a gentle touch using light upward strokes from your neck up to your forehead. Be especially careful of the skin surrounding your eyes, as it is more fragile.
2. Body: Apply Miracle Tan immediately after you've showered or bathed and dried. Pay particular attention to any dry areas. Apply at least once daily.

Please note that this product does not contain self-tan.
