To use the MAM Feeding Bottle Anti-Colic 0+ Months 160ml, follow these steps:

1. Assemble clean bottle parts as follows: base with silicone valve, teat with screw ring, and bottle body.
2. Fill the bottle with breast milk or formula.
3. Screw the assembled teat and screw ring onto the bottle body.
4. Place the lid on the bottle to keep the teat clean when not in use.

To self-sterilize the bottle:

1. Disassemble the bottle and wash all components in warm, soapy water.
2. Fill the base with 20ml of water.
3. Place the silicone valve into the base, followed by the teat with screw ring
