Usage and Instructions
Over 2’s only. From the age of 2 children have the same gut flora as adults.
Adults and children over 2 years:
Take 1 capsule 2-4 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Warnings
May be taken at the same time as antibiotics as long as they are taken a few hours apart to avoid the friendly bacteria being destroyed.
