Natures Aid Flaxseed Oil provides 1000mg cold pressed flaxseed oil in a vegetarian soft gel capsule. Flaxseed Oil is a great vegetarian source of Omega 3 fats, and contains high levels of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.*
Also provides Omega-6 Linoleic Acid and Omega-9 Oleic Acid.
Natures Aid oils are cold pressed and never heat treated. Cold pressing ensures that none of the valuable components of the oil are destroyed during processing, and is vital to maintain the integrity of these oils.
