Usage and Instructions
Suggested Use
- Tip your head back slightly and insert the spray tip into one of your nostrils.
- Press nozzle firmly and quickly.
- If required, spray into your other nostril.
- If you experience sneezing, a runny nose, or watery eyes, these effects should decrease after the first few days.
Warnings
Use up to a maximum of 2 sprays in each nostril per hour/64 sprays per day.
