Directions for use: Nourkrin Woman 3 months

2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3 months or until satisfied with results (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening taken with water after food).

Those weighing over 80kg, smokers or people over 60 years old - take 3 tablets daily.

Children and those weighing less than 40kg - take one tablet daily.

Directions for Shampoo:

Apply Nourkrin® Shampoo & Scalp Cleanser to wet hair. Massage thoroughly into the hair and scalp. Leave for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse well.
