Usage and Instructions
Adults and children aged 16+ can take 2 Numark Paracetamol Plus caplets every 4–6 hours as required.
Children between the ages of 12–15, can take 1 caplet every 4–6 hours as required.
Do not take more than 4 doses in any 24-hour period and do not take for more than 3 days at a time.

Side Effects
Like all medicines, Numark Paracetamol Plus can have side effects, although not everyone will get them. These side effects include:
Allergic reactions, which may be severe, e.g. skin rash, itching, shortness of breath, swelling of the mouth, lips, tongue, throat, or face. Breathing problems, which are more likely if you have experienced them before when taking other painkillers. Severe rash or peeling of the skin which may be accompanied by mouth ulcers. Other allergic reactions, e.g. skin rash. Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), pale stools, or upper abdominal pain may be signs of liver problems. Very rare cases of serious skin reactions. Caffeine-related side effects, e.g. tremor, insomnia, nervousness, irritability, anxiety, headache, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), stomach complaints, etc.
If you experience these or any other side effects while using Numark Paracetamol Plus, stop the use of this medicine, and speak to your doctor or pharmacist right away.
