Usage and Instructions
Adults and children over 16 years:
Swallow one tablet with water 20 minutes before you go to bed.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Do not give to children under 16 years of age.
Do not exceed the state dose or frequency of dosing.
This medication should not be used continuously for more than 2 weeks without consulting a doctor.
Warnings
Numark Sleep Aid tablets are designed to induce sleepiness or drowsiness soon after taking so do not drive or operate machinery.
Do not drink alcohol while taking Nytol One-A-Night Tablets.
