Light liquid paraffin 70% w/w. Each gram of gel contains 700mg of light liquid paraffin, polyethylene, 2-octadodecanol, polyethylene glycol 400 dilaurate, polyoxyethylene 40 sorbitol septaoleate, polypropyleneglycol-2-myristyl ether propionate, and polyphenylmethyl siloxane copolymer.

If your doctor or pharmacist recommended that you use Oilatum Shower Gel Fragrance-Free, let them also recommend how often you should use it.

For the best results, you should use Oilatum Shower Gel daily, every time you take a bath or shower.

Use it as you would any regular shower gel. When your skin is still wet, rub the gel between your wet hands and apply liberally to your skin, and massage gently.

Rinse with warm water, and lightly pat your skin dry with a soft towel.

Do not rub too much when drying your skin, as this will remove the Oilatum Shower Gel from your skin. Let it linger on your still slightly damp skin in order to seal in the most moisture.

Do not use Oilatum Shower Gel if:

• You are allergic to light liquid paraffin or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
• Your skin is greasy.
• You are unsure, then talk to your pharmacist or doctor first.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Do not use Oilatum Shower Gel after the expiry date, which is printed on the end of the tube.

To protect the environment, never dispose of medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to best dispose of medicines that you no longer need, or that are past their use-by dates.

Bedding and clothing should be washed regularly (preferably daily) to avoid paraffin build-up. Keep in mind that Liquid Paraffin is invisible, and build-up may not be completely removed unless it is washed at a high temperature.

Please be aware that this product contains Liquid Paraffin which is highly flammable, keep it away from open or gas fires or hobs and naked flames, including candles, and DO NOT SMOKE when using any paraffin-containing product such as this one.

Like all medications, Oilatum Shower Gel can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them.

These include: Redness of the skin, rash, irritation, itching. Allergic reaction, e.g. red, swollen, or inflamed skin (dermatitis).
