1. Ensure your baby is lying on a clean, flat surface.
2. Open the Pampers Premium Protection diaper and place it under your baby, with the adhesive fasteners facing upwards.
3. Gently lift your baby's legs and position the diaper so that the back edge is at the same level as your baby's waist.
4. Bring the front part of the diaper up between your baby's legs and onto their belly.
5. Fasten the adhesive tabs on both sides, making sure they are secure but not too tight.
