Usage and Instructions

Suitable for daily use for children 12 months and over.

Take one sachet a day
The sachet can be sprinkled over cold food or mixed with cold water, juice or milk
If mixing with a drink, take after a meal or snack

If your child is taking antibiotics:

Take two sachets daily, ideally with a meal 2-4 hours after they’ve taken their antibiotics
For the 2 weeks after their antibiotic course has finished, take one sachet daily
