Usage and Instructions

Take one capsule daily with food. Two capsules per day with food are advisable when travelling to less developed areas of the world.

For the best results, begin taking this supplement prior to travelling and maintain throughout your journey to keep your digestion balanced.

If you are preparing this product for children, or you simply do not wish to swallow a capsule, you can empty the contents of one capsule into cold milk, juice, yoghurt or other cold drink or food.
