Stretch marks or striae are a form of scarring caused by tearing in the dermal layer of the skin. The clinical complications of those skin tears can cause itching, inflammation and/or pain. The most common sites to be affected by stretch marks include the abdomen, breasts, thighs or buttocks. Stretch marks are often the result of the rapid stretching of the skin associated with weight gain (e.g. pregnancy, obesity) or rapid growth (e.g. puberty) or sickness (e.g. Cushing’s disease).

Remescar Stretch Marks is a silicone-based cream which aims to treat your current stretch marks and wants to prevent your skin for upcoming stretch marks.

Carefully read the enclosed instructions before use. The skin should be clean and dry. At first time use, open the tube and remove the protective cap. Remescar stretch marks should be applied gently on the stretch marks or striae. Massage the cream in until completely absorbed. Do not rub too hard as this will not increase the effectiveness.

Apply Remescar stretch marks twice a day for 2 to 3 months. As a preventive measure: use from the second month of pregnancy. On existing stretch marks: use for 3 months continuously on a normal healthy skin.

Remescar is for external use only and you should not apply it on open or infected wounds nor place it in contact with mucous membranes or too close to the eyes. Do not apply it on third degree burns or skin currently affected by acne. Do not use the product if allergic reactions to one of the ingredients are known.
