Usage and Instructions

To use Sea-Band One Pair Acupressure Wrist Bands, follow these steps:

Locate the Nei-Kuan Point on your wrist by placing your middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist, with the edge of the third finger just below the first wrist crease. The Nei-Kuan Point is located underneath your first (index) finger, in-between the two wrist tendons.
Position the plastic stud on the wristband facing inward, directly over the Nei-Kuan Point.
Repeat the process for your other wrist, as one band must be worn on each wrist to be effective.
Allow 2 to 5 minutes for the bands to become effective.
