I have now been taking these tablets for a month, for mood and hot flushes. My mood was much better after a week and after 3 weeks, all hot flushes had stopped! My sleep is better than it was but still waking a lot during night. I had hoped the tablets would also help more with that but overall I am very happy as the hot flushes were every hour or so. Very good product and has made a big difference to me
