When you're in pain and normal painkillers won't do, you might need something stronger. These Solpadeine Max Tablets are formulated with paracetamol and codeine to soothe discomfort, from headaches to muscular pain – and everything in-between. Paracetamol blocks pain signals from being sent to the brain, whilst codeine mimics the body's natural pain-killing response by releasing endorphins. These Solpdeine Max Tablets are extremely effective and easy to use, but shouldn't be taken for more than 3 days.
