With individual doses for day and night, these capsules provide around-the-clock relief from head colds with three active ingredients:

• Phenylephrine: this decongestant clears your nasal passage while reducing nose swelling, helping you breathe easier.
• Paracetamol: an effective painkiller to offer relief for painful headaches
• Caffeine: only present in Day capsule to ensure you get a boost of energy during the day and peaceful rest at night.

Each Day capsule contains: Paracetamol 500mg, Caffeine 25mg & Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1mg,

Each Night capsule contains: Paracetamol 500mg & Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1mg.

Other ingredients are:

Day Capsules: Maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium laurilsulfate, magnesium stearate and talc. The capsule shell is made of gelatin and contains the colours quinoline yellow (E104), titanium dioxide (E171), patent blue V (E131) and erythrosine (E127).

Night Capsules: Maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium laurilsulfate, magnesium stearate and talc.The capsule shell is made of gelatin and contains the colours titanium dioxide (E171), erythrosine (E127) and indigo carmine (E132).

For oral use only. Swallow whole with water. Do not chew.

Adults, the elderly and children ages 16 years and over:

Take two red/yellow Day capsules every 4-6 hours during the daytime, as required, followed by two dark blue/light blue Night capsules at bedtime.

Leave at least 4-6 hours between doses. Do not take more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in any 24-hour period.

Do not give to children under 16 years.

Do not take for more than 3 days unless advised by your doctor.

Do not take more medicine than the label tells you. If you do not get better, talk to your doctor.

Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine.

Talk to a doctor at once if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well.

If any of the following symptoms manifest, cease medication usage and consult your physician:
