Directions for using on the ball of the foot: Peel Cushions off film and place inside the shoe with the smooth side down. Place the pointed part of the cushion towards the heel.
Directions for using heel cushions: Peel cushions off film and place over existing insole or sock liner and against the inside of the back of the shoe.
