Ingredients
Chondroitin, Glucosamine. Glucosamine Sulphate 2Kcl, Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Chondroitin Sulphate (90%), Silica, Magnesium Stearate.
Usage and Instructions
Take one tablet per day with water. Do not exceed maximum dosage.

I have used these capsules for many years and do not have any pain from my arthritis. When ISIS took them off prescription the local pharmacist was furious as he said everyone would then need painkillers and so it seems to have panned out. Thank you Glucosamine and Chondroitin and the capsules are so much easir to swallow than the capsules,
