Looking after your baby’s tummy is easy with Woodward’s Gripe Water for babies. Gripe is caused by trapped air bubbles in your baby’s tummy, which cause the muscles to spasm and excess acid to be produced, which would usually break down food. This can cause your baby irritation.

So, what’s in gripe water for babies that helps your little one? Woodward’s Gripe Water 150ml contains dill seed oil and sodium hydrogen carbonate to help relieve the symptoms. Dill oil gently breaks down trapped air bubbles and relaxes your baby’s tummy, while the sodium hydrogen carbonate neutralises the acid. You’ll usually hear your baby burp after giving them this gripe water for babies, which means it’s worked.

Ingredients

Each 5ml spoonful contains 2.3mg of terpeneless dill seed oil and 52.5mg of sodium hydrogen carbonate.

Also contains preservatives: E215, E217 and E219.

Usage and Instructions

Babies up to 1 month old: not to be used.

1-6 months old: one 5ml spoonful.

6-12 months old: two 5ml spoonfuls.

Shake bottle well before use. Doses may be given during or after each feed, up to 6 times in 24 hours.
