These XLS tablets are designed to work as an aid for weight loss and help reduce the fat stored in the body. They work by using Fat Binders. These are useful by making the fat expand in the body. This makes it harder to absorb and as a result, it will be excreted naturally instead. The active ingredient in the tablets is Litramine, a naturally derived patented ingredient found on cacti in Mexic, which means it is gentle on your system. Using these tablets will help reduce your appetite and intake of fat, carbohydrates, sugars, and salt.

Adults over 18 years:

take two tablets after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can take three if you have a meal with high-fat content.

Do not exceed 6 tablets daily. Please read the product insert carefully.

Do not take XLS-Medical Fat Binder during pregnancy, whilst breast-feeding, within 2 hours of taking any fat-soluble medicines (e.g. oral contraceptive pills) or if your Body Mass Index is below 18.5.
