100% medical-grade silicone

1. Sterilise: Boil the cup for 3-5 minutes before first use and at the beginning and end of each period.
2. Insert: Fold the cup using your preferred technique, relax, insert, and release. The cup should unfold automatically and create a vacuum to prevent leaks.
3. Use: Wear the cup for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow.
4. Remove: Wash hands, relax, and gently squeeze the base of the cup to release the vacuum. Gently remove, empty into the toilet, and wash the cup before reinserting or storing in the pouch.
