Bimuno Daily 30 Satchets is a flavour-free supplement that can be added to hot or cold drinks or sprinkled on your cereal. Simply open a sachet, pour the powder into the drink or cereal and stir until dissolved. There are 30 sachets for you to be able to make Bimuno part of your daily routine.
The first time you take Bimuno Daily Fibre it will take about 3 days to reach the bifidobacteria (the good bacteria in your gut).
Your tummy might make some funny noises and gurgle a little bit but that's a good sign. It means Bimuno is working to reset your microbiome (the bacteria, yeast and fungi in your gut).

Usage and Instructions
Make Bimuno® Daily part of your daily routine. Add it to tea, coffee or a smoothie, or even sprinkle it on your breakfast cereal. The choice is yours.
Recommended daily serving Adults and young persons 12 years of age and over: Take 1 sachet daily 3.65g Children aged 4 to 11 years: Take half a sachet daily 1.83g.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
