Each sachet contains:

• Active ingredient: 3.5g Ispaghula Husk
• Other ingredients: Potassium bicarbonate, Sodium bicarbonate, Citric acid, Riboflavine sodium phosphate, Aspartame (E951), Lemon flavour, Saccharin sodium, Polysorbate 80, Silica colloidal anhydrous

1. Fill a glass with approximately 150ml of cold water.
2. Pour the contents of one sachet into the water.
3. Stir well and drink immediately, preferably after meals.
4. Do not take without water.

Dosage

• Adults and children over 12 years: One sachet in the morning and one in the evening.
• Children aged 6 to 12 years: Half to one level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, depending on size and age.
• Children under 6 years: Not recommended.

Take this medicine at least 30 minutes before or after other medicines. Avoid taking immediately before bedtime.

Do not take FyboGel Lemon if you:

• Are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Have a blockage of the bowel or muscle weakness of the bowel wall.
• Have difficulty swallowing or any throat problems.
• Have phenylketonuria (PKU), as this product contains aspartame.
• Have undiagnosed rectal bleeding.

Consult your doctor before use if you:

• Are taking thyroid medication.
• Are elderly or debilitated.
