Ingredients

Usage and Instructions
Make sure you follow the advice of your doctor or pharmacist when taking this supplement. Remember to take your tablet at mealtimes, as this will help the efficiency of absorption.
If you are an adult using this product for osteoporosis therapy: Chew or suck one tablet daily.
If you are an adult or child using this product for calcium deficiency: Chew or suck one tablet daily.
If you are an adult using this product to manage osteomalacia (a softening of the bones): One to three chewable tablets a day are recommended.
Warnings
Do not take if you have:
- Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1
- Severe renal impairment (glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min)
- Diseases and/or conditions resulting in hypercalcaemia and/or hypercalciuria
- Renal calculi (nephrolithiasis)
- Hypervitaminosis D
Speak to a pharmacist or doctor if you are taking any medications, in particular:
- Thiazide diuretics
- Tetracycline
- Other calcium preparations
- Iron and Zinc preparations
- Levothyroxine
