Ingredients: Anise, Nettle leaf, Rosemary, Fennel seeds, Lemon verbena & Fenugreek seeds.

Each pack contains 15 whole leaf tea bags. Each tea bag is 100% plastic free and biodegradable, the inner bag that holds them is also biodegradable – it is derived from wood pulp and should be placed in your food compost bin. Please recycle the outer box!

Usage and Instructions

It is not recommended drinking before 37 weeks, but at this point, you can drink 3 cups a day and combine with hand expressing milk to support your milk supply before your baby arrives.

Directions for use: As each tea bag includes whole leaf tea, you can brew them 2-3 times to make up to 4 cups of tea, depending on your taste.

It is recommended to use 1 whole leaf tea bag per 300ml of water. Use freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-5 minutes depending on your taste.
