Set up by two friends, Bethan and Kate, HotTea Mama is inspired by their experiences of pregnancy and motherhood, as well as Bethan’s career as a tea taster and blender. Before becoming a mother, Bethan worked for some of the UK’s biggest tea companies – and was even the first non-Chinese person to get a degree in Tea Science at the respected University of Forestry and Agriculture in Fujian.

HotTea Mama’s tea range, developed by Bethan, helps to soothe some of the less pleasant parts of motherhood – including morning sickness, birth preparation and breastfeeding. With tea known to naturally support areas of reproductive health, HotTea Mama’s range has now grown to cover periods and perimenopause, too.
