Designed to be a support to tiredness, as the white peony white tea is higher in caffeine than a normal cup of black tea. On average, each cup will have around 90mg of caffeine, wherease a cup of builders tea has around 45mg. White tea is also high in theanine, which is a relaxant and makes the caffeine have a gentle, slow-release of energy.

Ingredients: Rose Buds, White Peony White Tea.

Each pack contains 15 whole leaf tea bags. Each tea bag is 100% plastic-free and biodegradable, the inner bag that holds them is also biodegradable – it is derived from wood pulp and should be placed in your food compost bin. Please recycle the outer box!

Directions for use: As each tea bag includes whole leaf tea, you can brew them 2-3 times to make up to 4 or more cups of tea, depending on your taste.

It is recommended using 1 whole leaf tea bag per 300ml of water. Use freshly boiled water and infuse for 3-5 minutes depending on your taste.

Store in a cool, dry place.
