This Indigo Herbs Bladderwrack Tincture makes taking medicinal herbs easy. Try it measured out in a small measuring cup, or spoon, or taken directly. If you find the taste too strong, dilute the drops in water or fruit juice. For children, or if you're avoiding alcohol, put the drops in boiling water and leaving for 10 minutes to evaporate any alcohol. Usage and Instructions
