Usage and Instructions
Directions: The recommended dose is one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, swallow 1 additional tablet earlier during the evening.
Warnings
As it causes drowsiness, Kalms should not be used before driving or while operating tools or machinery
Not suitable for use for pregnant ladies or during lactation
Should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18
Consult a doctor if your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks
